• Orders are processed within 4-6 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout, depending on your location.

Shipping Within Canada:

• Standard Shipping:

• Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
• Express Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 2-4 business days
• Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the United States:

• Delivery Time: 7-10 business days
• Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout.
• Express Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 3-6 business days

International Shipping (Outside Canada and the US):

• Standard International Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 10-14 business days
• Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Express International Shipping:
• Delivery Time: 5-9 business days
• Shipping Fee: Automatically calculated at checkout.

Important Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing delays for international orders.

3. Shipping Fees and Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

• Destination (Canada, US, International)
• Package weight
• Shipping method (Standard or Express)

All shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs and duties fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

OTE Studio is not responsible for any customs delays or fees charged by your country’s customs agency. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you require assistance with shipping to a specific location, please reach out to our customer support team.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery timeframes outlined, certain conditions beyond our control may cause delays, such as:

• Weather conditions
• Customs processing delays (for international orders)
• Postal service issues

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.
